Mother Nature was the real winner of the SKA sanctioned Stock Island Marina Village King Mackerel Tournament, held January 22nd thru the 24th. While an enormous snowstorm was plummeting the Washington DC areas and north of there, it was driven by weather in Southern Florida. The enormous storm saw gale force winds postponing day one fishing of the event. It also kept some from not attending. All was not lost however.
